1. What eyelash extension courses do you offer?

We offer both online and in-person training courses, providing essential skills to aspiring Lash Artists. These course include classic courses, hybrid courses, Russian volume courses and lash lift and tint courses.

2. Are your courses certified?

Yes, our certificates are granted by accredited trainers, enabling you to start your own business or work in a salon

3. What is the duration of your eyelash courses?

Our on-site courses are one day. During the day we go through theory and practical appication, equipping you with the essential skills to start your very own lash business or work in a salon.

 

Our online courses do not have an expiry, which means you have unlimited access to complete the course at your own pace and take as long as you need.

4. Is a one day eyelash course enough to learn everything I need to?

Yes, absolutely. Our one day courses are more in-depth than most 4-6 week courses. We equip you with all the fundamental knowledge and then expect students to continue their practice and apply what they've learnt after thier course.

We also offer ongoing support and the option to sign up to our online membership of only $19.95 a month for exisitng students to have unlimited access to all of our resources, including online tutorial videos.

5. Do I need any beauty qualifications or lash extension experience to do Invidious Lashes online or in-person courses?

Our lash extension courses do not require any previous qualifications or experience in lash extensions for you to start your lash training. At the end of your lash training course with Invidious Lashes, you will be a fully qualified Eyelash Extension Technician. 

6. Will I get a kit with my course?

We offer build your own bundle kits!
You can now choose a kit that suits your budget from basic to premium eyelash training kits available so you get EXACTLY what you want at UNBEATABLE discounted prices. This is perfect for those aren't sure whether lashing is for them, so they may choose a basic kit. Otherwise we have kits available for aspiring lash artists who want to go all in!

7. Does Invidious Lashes offer on-going support and mentoring?

Yes! You can join our exclusive chat group during or after you have completed the course. Our team is also available to answer any queries after your course to assist you in becoming a successful Lash Artist.

8. Do students get any discounts on Invidious Lashes products?

Yes, they do. All students receive a unique discount code that they can use to review discounts for life on products and exclusive offers every time.

9. Do you offer payment plans?

At Invidious Lashes Academy, we understand that pursuing your passion for lash artistry should be accessible to everyone. That's why we're thrilled to announce that we now offer convenient payment plans for all our lash courses! Now you can embark on your journey to becoming a skilled lash artist without worrying about the financial burden.
 

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

Afterpay and Zippay is fully integrated with our store. Shop as usual, then choose Afterpay or Zippay as your payment method at checkout.
 

PAYRIGHT

Payright is a flexible payment plan which offers payments over a period of 3 or 6 months. The application must be loged through Invidious Lashes. If you wish to proceed with Payright, please be in touch with us and we can arrange your application.
 

LAYBUY

A flexible payment plan option where you can pay in instalments towards your course, as often and as little as you like however, the balance of the course but be completed before you obtain access.
If you wish to proceed with Layby, please be in touch with us and we can arrange your application.
 

10. I have purchased the online lash course, can I do the assessment in person?

Online lash students may purchase in-person assessments for an additional fee, and they will receive their certificate on the day; they will be required to complete a full set on one model. 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.invidiouslashes.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@invidiouslashes.com.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@invidiouslashes.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within AUS will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of AUS may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. If we do not ship to your country, your address will not be available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. 

Online and in-person courses are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $10, $20 or $50.
